Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A party to a civil proceeding or the Attorney - General may appeal against any order of the court made under section 38J or 38L.
(2) The court that has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from the judgment in the proceeding has jurisdiction to hear and determine any appeal under this section.
