NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION (CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 46C
Offence to contravene requirement to notify Attorney - General etc. under sections 38D and 38E
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is a party, or the legal representative of a
party, to a civil proceeding; and
(b) the person contravenes subsection 38D(1), (3) or (4)
or 38E(2); and
(c) the disclosure of information mentioned in that subsection
is likely to prejudice national security.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
