Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member of the Council shall, before entering on the duties of his or her office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 4.
(2) A person who is appointed to a Ministerial office shall, before entering on the duties of his or her office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 5.
(3) An oath or affirmation under subsection (1) or (2) shall be made before the Administrator or a person authorized by the Administrator to administer such oaths or affirmations.
