NORTHERN TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1978 - SECT 60

    An act done or decision made by, on behalf of, or in the name of, the existing Legislative Assembly or the Executive Council under the previous Act before the commencing date has effect on and after that date as if it had been done or made by, on behalf of, or in the name of, the Legislative Assembly or the Executive Council under this Act.
