NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 249B
Perpetual lease
A perpetual lease is a lease with the following features:
(a) the lease is in perpetuity;
(b) the lease may be forfeited, cancelled or otherwise cease to
have effect for failure to pay rent or for contravention of a condition or
conditions.
