Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe fact that this Subdivision deals with agreements with native title holders that relate to their native title rights and interests does not imply that the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory cannot:
(a) make other agreements; or
(b) legislate in relation to the making of other agreements;
with native title holders that relate to their native title rights and interests (other than agreements consenting to the doing of future acts).
