Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commission may, by resolution in writing, delegate all or any of its functions and powers to a person who is:
(a) a member; or
(b) a member of staff; or
(c) an officer or employee of the Commonwealth; or
(d) an authority of the Commonwealth or an officer or employee of such an authority; or
(e) an officer or employee of a State or Territory; or
(f) an authority of a State or Territory or an officer or employee of such an authority.
(2) The Commission must not delegate a function or power to a person, other than a member or a member of staff, unless the Ministerial Council has consented to the delegation, by resolution carried in accordance with the Agreement.
