NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 223

    The Minister may, by writing, delegate all or any of the Minister's functions and powers under this Act (other than under section   91 or 160, subsection   162(3) or section   163, 169, 176, 178, 184B, 231C or 231D) to:

  (a)   the National VET Regulator; or

  (b)   the Secretary.
