NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR (CHARGES) ACT 2012 - SECT 9

  (1)   The amount of a charge under this Part   i s to be calculated according to a formula determined by the Minister by legislative instrument .

  (2)   The Minister m ust , by legislative instrument, determine t he formula for calculat ing a charge payable under this Part .
