Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may nominate a person to attend a meeting of the Committee in the Minister's place, or in the place of an appointed member who is unable to be present at a meeting of the Committee.
(2) A person nominated under subsection (1) to attend a meeting of the Committee in the place of a member of the Committee has, and may exercise, at that meeting all the rights of that member.
