Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Inspectorate may, in writing, give directions specifying the manner in which, and any conditions subject to which, powers conferred on inspectors under this Act are to be exercised. If it does so, the powers of inspectors must be exercised in accordance with those directions.
