OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 167

    In determining whether to renew the licence, the Joint Authority may have regard to:

  (a)   whether mining activities are commercially viable in the retention licence area; and

  (b)   whether the applicant has complied with:

  (i)   this Act; and

  (ii)   the regulations; and

  (iii)   any licence conditions.
