Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Designated Authority may ask the applicant for further information relating to the application.
(2) The request must:
(a) be in writing; and
(b) be given to the applicant; and
(c) specify the time within which the information must be provided.
(3) Information requested under subsection (1) must be provided:
(a) in writing; and
(b) within the time specified in the request.
