OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 244

    In deciding whether to renew a mining licence, the Joint Authority may have regard to whether the applicant has complied with:

  (a)   this Act; and

  (b)   the regulations; and

  (c)   any licence conditions.
