OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 264

Voluntary surrender of mining licence

    A mining licence holder may surrender the licence.

Note 1:   See Division   5 for voluntary surrender of part of a licence area.

Note 2:   The surrender takes effect when it is registered under section   337 (see subsection   337(5)).
