OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 325

Matters to be specified in the consent

  (1)   The consent must specify:

  (a)   the blocks covered by the consent; and

  (b)   the activities authorised by the consent; and

  (c)   the period for which the consent is to have effect; and

  (d)   the consent conditions.

  (2)   If the activity involves the collection of only small amounts of minerals (see paragraph   315(4)(c)), the consent must also specify:

  (a)   the minerals to be collected; and

  (b)   the quantities to be collected.

  (3)   The period specified under paragraph   (1)(c) is not to be more than 12 months.
