Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Joint Authority may grant a special purpose consent subject to whatever conditions the Joint Authority thinks are appropriate.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Joint Authority may impose conditions that relate to:
(a) reports to be provided by the consent holder about activities carried out under the consent; and
(b) environmental matters.
