Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Joint Authority for a State has, in relation to the Commonwealth - State offshore area for that State, the functions and powers that this Act confers on a Joint Authority.
(2) The responsible Commonwealth Minister has, in relation to an external territory offshore area, the functions and powers that this Act confers on a Joint Authority.
