Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Designated Authority may give a person a certified copy of a document that is kept on the associated document file if the person pays the fee prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The certified copy is admissible in proceedings without any further proof of, or the production of, the original.
