Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a person appears before the Designated Authority or a nominated inspector, the Designated Authority or the inspector may administer an oath or affirmation to the person.
(2) The oath or affirmation to be administered is an oath or affirmation that the person will truthfully answer the questions put by the Designated Authority or the inspector.
