Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a document is signed by the Designated Authority on behalf of the Joint Authority, the document is taken to have been duly executed by the Joint Authority.
(2) The document is taken to be in accordance with a decision of the Joint Authority unless the contrary is proved.
