Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A document that is to be given to a licence holder may be given to the holder by posting it to the address that is the holder's registered address for service.

(2) A document that is to be given to an applicant for a licence may be given to the applicant by posting it to the address that the applicant specified in the applicant's application for the licence.
