OFFSHORE PETROLEUM (ROYALTY) ACT 2006 - SECT 5

    The registered holder of:

  (a)   a North West Shelf exploration permit; or

  (b)   a North West Shelf retention lease; or

  (c)   a North West Shelf production licence;

is liable to pay a royalty on all petroleum recovered by the holder in the permit area, lease area or licence area in a royalty period beginning at or after the commencement of this section.
