OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 277A

    If NOPSEMA reasonably believes that there is a ground for cancelling:

  (a)   a petroleum exploration permit; or

  (b)   a petroleum retention lease; or

  (c)   a petroleum production licence; or

  (d)   an infrastructure licence; or

  (e)   a pipeline licence;

NOPSEMA must notify the Titles Administrator of:

  (f)   the belief; and

  (g)   the reasons for the belief.
