Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The responsible Commonwealth Minister is to maintain a register, to be known as the Register of Identified Greenhouse Gas Storage Formations, in which the responsible Commonwealth Minister includes particulars of:
(a) declarations made under section 312 or 312A; and
(b) variations of such declarations; and
(c) revocations of such declarations.
(2) The Register may be maintained by electronic means.
(3) The Register is to be made available for inspection on the internet.
(4) The Register is not a legislative instrument.
