Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to the provisions of this Act to the extent to which they relate to a pipeline for the conveyance of petroleum recovered from a place beyond the outer limits of any offshore area.
(2) The provisions have effect subject to Australia's obligations under international law, including obligations under any agreement between Australia and any foreign country or countries.
