Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an application for a greenhouse gas search authority has been made under section 407, the responsible Commonwealth Minister may:
(a) grant the applicant a greenhouse gas search authority; or
(b) by written notice given to the applicant, refuse to grant a greenhouse gas search authority to the applicant.
