Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an application under section 566C was accompanied by the original instrument or proposed instrument effecting a change in control of a registered holder of a title, the Titles Administrator must, after making a decision under subsection 566D(2):
(a) make and retain a copy of the instrument or proposed instrument; and
(b) return the original instrument or proposed instrument to the applicant.
