OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 566S

    The Titles Administrator may:

  (a)   administer an oath or affirmation to a person required to appear before the Titles Administrator under section   566R; and

  (b)   examine that person on oath or affirmation.
