OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 695H

  (1)   The National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator Special Account is established by this section.

  (2)   The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
