Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to regulations made for the purposes of any of the following:
(a) paragraph 712(2)(c);
(b) paragraph 713(2)(c);
(c) paragraph 715(2)(c);
(ca) paragraph 715(3)(c);
(d) paragraph 716(2)(c);
(e) paragraph 716(3)(c).
(2) The regulations may make provision for fees relating to:
(a) making information available to a person; or
(b) permitting a person to inspect a sample.
