OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 733

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person gives evidence to another person; and

  (b)   the person does so knowing that the evidence is false or misleading in a material particular; and

  (c)   the evidence is given under section   725.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 12 months.
