Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Cross - boundary Authority for a State has, in relation to the offshore area for that State, the functions and powers that this Act or the regulations confer on a Cross - boundary Authority.
(2) The Cross - boundary Authority for the Principal Northern Territory offshore area has, in relation to that offshore area, the functions and powers that this Act or the regulations confer on a Cross - boundary Authority.
