OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (REGULATORY LEVIES) ACT 2003 - SECT 4

Extension to external Territories

    This Act extends to each external Territory to which the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 extends.
