OZONE PROTECTION AND SYNTHETIC GREENHOUSE GAS MANAGEMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 14

  (1)   A person may apply to the Minister for all or any of the following licences:

  (a)   a controlled substances licence;

  (b)   an essential uses licence;

  (c)   a used substances licence;

  (d)   an equipment licence;

  (e)   a feedstock licence.

  (2)   An application for a licence must:

  (a)   be in the approved form; and

  (aa)   be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the regulations (if any), unless the fee has been waived in accordance with the regulations; and

  (b)   be given to the Minister.
