OZONE PROTECTION AND SYNTHETIC GREENHOUSE GAS MANAGEMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 65R

    An entrusted person may use or disclose:

  (a)   summaries of relevant information; or

  (b)   statistics derived from relevant information;

if those summaries or statistics do not enable the identification of a person.
