Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The respondent in proceedings under section 57A may apply, by way of counter - claim, for relief to which the respondent would be entitled in separate proceedings against the applicant for infringement of the PBR in the plant variety.
(2) The provisions of this Act relating to proceedings for infringement of PBR in a plant variety apply, with the necessary changes, to a counter - claim under subsection (1).
