PARLIAMENTARY BUSINESS RESOURCES ACT 2017 - SECT 52

    Public resources, and resources provided under Part   5, are to be provided to a member if any of the following is payable to the member:

  (a)   base salary;

  (b)   office holder's salary;

  (c)   Ministerial salary.
