Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere, in the opinion of the Trust, payment of a retiring allowance, annuity or other benefit under this Act should be made to a person other than the person entitled to the retiring allowance, annuity or other benefit, the Trust may make the payment to that other person upon such conditions as the Trust thinks fit.
