POOLED DEVELOPMENT FUNDS ACT 1992 - SECT 22

Investee company must not be a PDF

  (1)   The investee company must not be a PDF.

  (2)   However, nothing in this Division prevents a PDF from making an investment that is allowed by section   32A (which deals with mergers of PDFs).
