PUBLIC HEALTH (TOBACCO AND OTHER PRODUCTS) ACT 2023 - SECT 124

  (1)   The regulations may prescribe additional requirements in relation to any of the following:

  (a)   the retail packaging of tobacco products;

  (b)   the content of tobacco products;

  (c)   tobacco product accessories;

  (d)   standards for tobacco products.

  (2)   Part   3.3 does not limit subsection   (1).
