Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may, by notifiable instrument, determine that the obligation to provide one or more reports under this Part does not apply to a specified reporting entity. The determination may be subject to conditions.
(2) The Secretary must not:
(a) revoke a determination under subsection (1); or
(b) vary such a determination by amending or including conditions to which the determination is subject;
unless the Secretary has notified the entity, in writing, that the Secretary is considering revoking or varying the determination.
