PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 2007 - SECT 72.40

    A * cost - recovery fee that is due and payable:

  (a)   is a debt due to the Commonwealth; and

  (b)   may be recovered as a debt by action in a court of competent jurisdiction by the Commonwealth.
