PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE (PRUDENTIAL SUPERVISION) ACT 2015 - SECT 133

    A lawyer acting for a person being examined by an inspector:

  (a)   may attend the examination; and

  (b)   may, to the extent that the inspector allows:

  (i)   address the inspector; and

  (ii)   examine the person;

    in relation to matters in respect of which the inspector has questioned the person.
