Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf APRA has approved the termination of the health benefits funds of a private health insurer:
(a) the terminating manager; or
(b) the insurer (if there is no terminating manager);
must, within 28 days after the end of the termination day, make a written report to APRA setting out details of the assets and liabilities of each of the funds as at that day.
