Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Before entering into an agreement under subsection 10(1) or 11(1), the Secretary is to consult with any industry body that is representative of producers of collection products, or intermediaries in relation to producers of collection products, who have an interest in relation to the proposed agreement.
(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate the agreement.
