Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an authorised person enters any premises under section 19 in accordance with a warrant issued under section 20, the occupier or the person in charge must, if required to do so by the authorised person, provide reasonable assistance to the authorised person in the exercise of his or her power under that section in relation to such premises.
(2) An offence under subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
