Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere the Minister considers the statement provided by a Selection Committee in a notice under subsection 130(3) to be inadequate, the Minister may give to the Presiding Member of the Selection Committee a written notice requesting the Selection Committee to provide the Minister with further specified information within the period specified in the notice.
