Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is a member of the executive of a representative organisation of an R&D Corporation must not be appointed as a director of the Corporation.
(2) A director of an R&D Corporation who becomes a member of the executive of a representative organisation of the Corporation ceases to hold office as a director of the Corporation.
