PRIMARY INDUSTRIES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 56

    This Division   applies to an R&D Corporation if:

  (a)   a levy is attached to the Corporation; and

  (b)   the regulations declare that this Division   applies to the Corporation.
